Exam success at the Baleares International College with results well above the national average in the U.K. Pupils, parents and teachers at the Baleares International College are celebrating exam successes once again. The IGCSE exam results, accredited by Cambridge International Examinations, were published on Monday 10th August. Pupils were ecstatic at receiving the news of their excellent results, with proud teachers and parents sharing in their success. The Baleares International College is thrilled to have again achieved a 100% pass rate in all subjects with Spanish and French scoring 100% A* to C grades and German 95%. Core subjects of English and Maths, taught according to the National Curriculum of England and Wales, both achieved excellent results with 79% and 74% of pupils achieving A* to C grades. These combined with Geography, Biology, Art and ICT results ensure that our pass rate is well above the UK national average. School is extremely proud of the pupils and their results but a special mention must go to Vincent Rehms, who earned himself an astounding eight A* grades. College Principal, Glynis Mitchell, said, "These results are a testament to the pupils' commitment combined with excellent teaching and supportive parents.  It is an even greater achievement considering the number of pupils sitting these examinations who have English as their second or third language."
