On Thursday March 30th Baleares International College hosted it's full school concert, The B-Factor, showcasing the musical talents of many of our students. The show consisted of 7 fantastic finalists who had been selected from over 50 auditions to perform pop and rock songs backed by student musicians from the school. At the end of the performance the audience of over 100 people voted for the winner who came away with the title of B-Factor Champion, a trophy and 50 EUROs to spend at Strings 'n' things music shop in Palmanova, kindly donated by our special guest judge Liam Live. Our winners this year were our year 4 girl band The Superstars! The event worked in combination with the schools charity group, Helping Hands, who managed to raise over 400 EUROs to help the homeless in Mallorca. Special thanks to Anita Baggaley and Scott Hughes, the school's Music teachers, for putting in the time and effort to put on such a wonderful event.
