About working for us

We welcome your interest in working at Baleares International College.

We have two schools. Baleares International College, Sant Agusti Campus has been in operation since 1957 and, resulting from the increasing demand for quality British education, Baleares International College, Sa Porrassa Campus was opened in 2009.

Baleares International College, Sa Porrassa Campus caters for children from 4 to 18 years of age and Baleares International College, Sant Agusti Campus for children from 3 to 11 years of age.

The Baleares International Colleges offer a complete curriculum, based on the UK National model, but enhanced for our international community, especially in the provision of modern languages, Spanish Language (from age Nursery), German language (from age 6 for native speakers and age 9 for non-native) and French language (from 14).

Students at Baleares International College, Sa Porrassa Campus sit Edexcel and University of Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A levels.

Both schools have outstanding campuses with the highest quality teaching facilities. Both schools have an excellent team of teachers who not only enjoy teaching at the school but also enjoy either the vibrant Mallorcan life style or the beautiful surrounding environment at weekends.

Baleares International College is privileged to have an excellent team of teachers. The school intends to continue to recruit staff of a similar high calibre and to remunerate them accordingly. Salaries are in line with those of the other international schools in the Balearic Islands.

There are a number of leadership opportunities available at the college. These Special Responsibility Posts provide committed teachers who take on these additional responsibilities with Special Responsibility Allowances.

Baleares International College cares for its teachers. We have a Professional Development Programme for our teachers so that they may grow professionally whilst they are working for us.
